Campos do Jordão is a Brazilian city whose full name is Município da Estância Climática de Campos do Jordão. It is located in the state of São Paulo, has 48,324 inhabitants and was founded in 1874.

Located 165 kilometers from Sao Paulo, its climate is tropical in height: it enjoys mild summers and cooler winters than what is usually the general trend in Brazil. The city is at an altitude of 1628 meters, and winters used to bring snowfall decades ago, the last of which took place in 1966. Campos do Jordão is famous for the purity of its air, whose oxygen and ozone content exceeds that of the French city of Chamonix. • The Monastery and the Palace of Boa Vista

• Felicia Leirner Museum: sculptural and personal art

Contemporary sculpture finds its raison d'être in the Felicia Leirner Museum (Rua Arrobas Martins, 1800 - Alto da Boa Vista), an impressive place inaugurated in 1979 where it is possible to admire ninety sculptures that the artist Felicia Leirner donated to the Brazilian government , after fifty years of full dedication to his work. The museum is an open space, where the abstract forms of the sculptures have their best backdrop in the green of nature. • The Borboletario
